Do I have to place a deposit?
Yes. Aleah requires a $50 deposit, which will need to be placed for every appointment you have scheduled. This will then be applied to the price of your tattoo when you come in!
~IF YOU DON’T SEND A DEPOSIT, YOU DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT!~
How much does Aleah charge?
Aleah’s minimum is $100 and hourly is $150. Depending on the subject, Aleah may charge a flat rate instead of hourly. She only accepts CASH as payment - excluding deposits which can be made through Venmo or Cash App.
How do deposits work?
Deposits are $50, sometimes $100 for large scale projects. They are non-refundable. The deposit goes towards the tattoo and allows 1 reschedule. In order to reschedule and keep your deposit she requires 48 hour notice before the appointment.
What should I know while waiting for my appointment?
Aleah will sometimes send you a rough draft of your concept but never your finished design. Your tattoo will always be finished by the time you come in for your appointment and she is more than happy to make adjustments if necessary.
When making your appointment make sure that the week following your tattoo won’t complicate the healing process: such as field work, camping trips, vacations that will have you in the elements.
Arrive on time, clean, well-rested, and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Aleah cannot tattoo someone on certain medications like blood thinners, antibiotics, or medications the suppress your immune system.
Aleah cannot legally tattoo a person who is pregnant or has a communicable disease like the flu, fungal or bacterial skin infections, or the common cold. If you are experiencing respiratory symptoms please email to reschedule- Aleah will apply your deposit to your next appointment. If you are nursing, please include that with your appointment form/email when booking.
Eat a balanced meal before coming in and drink plenty of water the day before your appointment, as well as the day of and during your appointment! A well nourished body will help you to produce endorphins, relax, and keep your blood pressure stable under stress- and being fully hydrated improves the elasticity of your skin. Feel free to bring a snack and something to drink.
Bring your ID. The state requires a current government issued picture ID, drivers license, or passport for ANYONE and EVERYONE who gets tattooed. No exceptions.
